If you miss your video call, please request a new call by heading to the event page in your Looped app. Make sure you have notifications turned ON for the app so that you can be notified when your call is incoming. Please also make sure you do not have 'do not disturb' turned on. Once you are NEXT in line, the app will notify you and remind you to be back on the app to receive your call.
