If you did not see an order confirmation web page displayed upon purchase with an order number, and/or did not receive an order receipt via email, your order most likely did not go through. If the order was unsuccessful, you're likely seeing a pending charge that will fall off in a few days.
If you did come to a confirmation page with an order number, please search your inbox for an email from receipt@onlocationlive.com with the subject “Your On Location Live Access Code is here!” Be sure to check your spam and/or promotions folders.
